In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for matters directly related to that promotion only; in all other respects, these general Terms & Conditions shall govern.
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the ballo88 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. All conditions must be met simultaneously for an account to be validly registered and maintained.
2.1 Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on ballo88. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. ballo88 operates a strict 18+ policy in compliance with responsible gaming principles. During the account registration process and at the point of first withdrawal, ballo88 will conduct age verification as part of its KYC process.
If ballo88 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending verification. If the Player is confirmed to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any Real Money Balance will be returned to the payment source used for the original deposit.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
ballo88 is operated for players located in Bangladesh. By creating an account, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from within Bangladesh or from a jurisdiction in which access to online gaming platforms is not prohibited under applicable local law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ballo88 complies with the laws of your country or territory of residence.
2.3 Single Account Policy
Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one active ballo88 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity, device, IP address, household, or payment method — constitutes a violation of these Terms & Conditions. ballo88 employs automated and manual systems to detect multi-accounting. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, Bonus Funds forfeited, and winnings voided at ballo88's sole discretion.
2.4 Mental Capacity
By registering an account, you confirm that you are of sound mind, acting on your own behalf, and not under the influence of substances that impair your judgment at the time of registration or during any gaming session. ballo88 is not responsible for decisions made by Players while impaired.

Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration Requirements
To create a ballo88 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile phone number, and a preferred payment method. Providing false information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
3.2 Account Credentials
Upon successful registration, you will create a unique username and password combination. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ballo88 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from ballo88 that requests your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.
3.3 Account Security Obligations
All Players must adhere to the following security obligations to protect their ballo88 account:
- Never share your username, password, or OTP verification code with any third party, including friends and family members.
- Log out of your ballo88 account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
- Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other online services.
- Enable any two-factor authentication options made available by ballo88 as soon as they are offered to your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Accepted documents for KYC purposes include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a government-issued birth certificate accompanied by a utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified in ballo88's request may result in withdrawal restrictions being placed on the account until verification is complete.
3.5 Account Ownership
Each ballo88 account is personal to the registered Player. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. ballo88 processes payments only to the payment account (bKash number, Nagad number, bank account) registered under the same identity as the ballo88 account. Third-party payment arrangements are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Terms
All deposits are credited to your ballo88 Wallet in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of each transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the Wallet instantly. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 24 hours to be reflected in the account balance, subject to the issuing bank's processing times.
ballo88 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which ballo88 bears no responsibility.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) policy requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval. Withdrawals via Visa or Mastercard may take 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, the Player's KYC verification must be complete, the account must be in good standing, and no active fraud investigation may be pending on the account. ballo88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal above ৳20,000 BDT.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on ballo88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Taka symbol ৳ is used throughout the platform when displaying balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal requests, and bonus values. ballo88 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly; if a payment is initiated in a currency other than BDT, any conversion fees applied by the payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering
ballo88 maintains strict AML procedures. Players must not use the platform as a mechanism for laundering funds of illicit origin. ballo88 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities where required. Deposits must originate from accounts held in the Player's own name; third-party funding is prohibited. Any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a legitimate, Player-owned source may be held pending investigation and ultimately returned without processing.

Bonus & Promotional Terms
5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this Section 5.
5.2 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus is available to each new Player once only, on their first qualifying deposit. Abuse of the welcome bonus — including registration of multiple accounts to claim the offer more than once — will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
5.3 Wagering Requirements
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any winnings generated from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 BDT requires ৳20,000 BDT in total qualifying wagers before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
- Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, unless a different validity period is specified in the promotion terms.
- Wagers placed on sports betting markets with odds below 1.50 (decimal) do not count toward wagering requirement completion.
- Casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) contribute 10% toward wagering requirements; slots contribute 100%; live dealer game shows contribute 50%.
- If the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically.
- Bonus funds are used before Real Money Balance in all wagering calculations unless specified otherwise.
5.4 Promotional Calendar

Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Sports Betting
All sports bets placed on ballo88 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. Cricket betting — including pre-match and in-play markets for BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and other international fixtures involving the Bangladesh Tigers — is governed by ballo88's Cricket Betting Rules, available on the Cricket page. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed beyond 24 hours of the scheduled start time, or deemed void by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB), bets will be settled according to the applicable void/postponement rule for that market type.
6.2 Casino Games
All casino games available on ballo88 — including slots, live dealer tables, and fishing games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanisms provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game reflects the theoretical long-term payout rate and does not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.
6.3 Bet Acceptance & Void Bets
ballo88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet placed on the platform. ballo88 imposes platform-level maximum bet limits on sports markets and casino games. Individual maximum bet values are displayed at the time of bet placement or stake entry. ballo88 reserves the right to apply individual account-level betting limits where a Player's account is identified as posing an elevated risk profile, without being required to give specific reasons for doing so.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ballo88 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities.
- Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one ballo88 account, whether for personal use or to circumvent account-level restrictions or bans.
- Identity fraud: Registering an account using false identity information, impersonating another individual, or providing forged KYC documentation.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other Players on live table games or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
- Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with the platform, or harvest data from ballo88 in an unauthorised manner.
- Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately taking advantage of software bugs, display errors, incorrect odds, or system malfunctions to place bets or claim winnings that would not have been available under normal operating conditions.
- Chargebacks and payment fraud: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or disputes with payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Visa, Mastercard) after funds have been used on the platform, or using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.
- Money laundering: Using ballo88 as a vehicle to layer, place, or integrate funds of criminal origin.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ballo88 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
ballo88 employs dedicated fraud monitoring systems that operate continuously. Detection of any of the above behaviours may result in immediate and permanent account closure without prior notice, forfeiture of the entire Wallet balance (both Real Money and Bonus), and referral to relevant authorities. ballo88's determination of prohibited conduct is final subject to any formal dispute process outlined in Section 8.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Player-Initiated Closure
Any Player may request the closure of their ballo88 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to KYC completion. Bonus Funds outstanding at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.
8.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion, which will permanently close their ballo88 account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed on a priority basis by the ballo88 responsible gaming team, typically within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, ballo88 will suspend all promotional communications to the excluded Player. 8.3 ballo88-Initiated Suspension
ballo88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The Player has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.
- The Player has been identified as engaging in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 7.
- An active fraud or AML investigation is pending on the account.
- A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement direction requires the account to be closed or frozen.
- The Player has been confirmed to be under 18 years of age.
8.4 Dispute Resolution
If you believe your account has been closed or suspended in error, you may submit a formal written dispute by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Account Dispute — [Your Username]". ballo88 will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days. During the dispute review period, account access will remain suspended. ballo88's final determination on account closure disputes is binding.
8.5 Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months. ballo88 will attempt to notify the Player via their registered email address before any inactivity fee is applied. An administrative inactivity fee of ৳100 BDT per month may be deducted from the Wallet balance after the initial 12-month inactive period, until either the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be archived. Reactivation is possible by logging in and completing a new deposit, subject to re-verification of KYC documentation if required.
General Provisions
Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
Limitation of Liability
ballo88 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ballo88 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ballo88 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
In no event shall ballo88 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if ballo88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ballo88's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Amendments to Terms
ballo88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, ballo88 will publish a notice on the platform and, where practicable, notify registered Players via their registered email address at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the ballo88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Players who do not accept the revised terms should close their accounts before the effective date.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with ballo88's Privacy Policy and any applicable specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and ballo88 with respect to the use of the platform, and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter. No oral or written representation made outside of these documents shall be binding on ballo88 unless expressly incorporated herein by written amendment.

It is the Player's responsibility to keep their registered email address current and to check communications from ballo88 regularly. ballo88 is not liable for any loss arising from a Player's failure to receive or read communications sent to their registered email address.
